Living off-campus for the first time should be one of the most exciting and rewarding times of your life. We take pride in our small yet tailored portfolio of homes in the city of Oneonta. Being an alumni of SUNY Oneonta, and having personally rented off-campus, we have a unique perspective on offering undergraduate housing for students.

Our rentals all come completely furnished with all utilities included so that moving in is stress-free and a breeze. Everything is all inclusive, from your work station to entertainment. 4K UHD TV’s are included in every unit, along with high-speed internet and wifi. Leave the moving van at home and simply pack your clothes and school materials! Lastly, all of our houses are centrally-located right in downtown Oneonta, meaning you can walk right to Main Street in minutes to experience everything the city has to offer on foot.

After you’ve found a place that’s perfect for you, just use the contact form on the Contact page to notify us and we’ll get back to in less than 24 hours.

Once you’ve toured a house and decided you’d like to make it official, we’ll send you a digital copy of our lease to sign with your friends and collect a $500 security deposit from each roommate to secure the house. Prior to moving in, over the summer all of our houses go through a thorough, top-to-bottom professional cleaning and maintenance check. Additionally, all inspections and code compliance is meticulously checked and updated by our Property Manager.
